Are Accidents occuring entirely due to Man's Mistake or Is it his Fate?

Day By Day Around the world lot of Accidents are occuring every minute in a Day.Starting from Two wheeler to Heavy Vechiles crashes occurs . Is it the Fate of the person. or we need to blame the person who is careless and lost conscious in his work.

It is combination of both the things. Careless driving and fate. Accidents have taken if there is no mistake by dirver, what would call this kind of accidents, this is just his fate that he met with an accident.

May be bcoz of his mistake but mostly bcoz of fate u can't change it.
