I think music gives us a tension free mind....What is your opinion?

music is the best source to come out of all tensions
soft and soothing music

I agree. Many times I will listen to music from the iPod with headphones and just drift off; it's a good way to get your mind off of stress and problems. I also listen to more upbeat music when I'm cleaning the house to get motivated.
