Yep you read that right, I got it, don't want it, can't see any need for it, not interested in keeping it, don't like the way it makes my clothes look ( from the back) Now does anybody have any suggestion besides liposuction which I don't know if they do on your back. And what if a person has a bad back? And please don't answer excersise

I know you said not to say exercise. However, I started doing the 20 minute Windsor Pilates tape 3 times a week and my "back fat" is completely gone. you said something about a bad back? they have special ways to do the pilates for people with bad backs. They show both ways to do it on the tape.

I got a pilates tape one time, sat wide-eyed as I watched it. I dont think it was for beginners. I passed it on to my daughter-in-law. I appreciate your response, and when I said don't say exersice I meant to not just say the word. I guess I should have specified that. Mentioning a certain exercise is perfectly fine. I will make note of this particualar tape though. How long did it take you? and ( personal question) were you a little overweight or just had problems with your back gaining weight? ( that sounds so funny to say)

I was pregnant and gained some weight. i was up to 203lbs when I left the hospital from having my son. I am now down to 143lbs. The weight that is healthy for me at this age and height is 125lbs. So yes...I was overweight. This time, like I said is only twenty minutes and they say to do it three times a week. In the first week I noticed a big change in the "rolls". Good luck!
