If there were no evil in the world, would good cease to have meaning?

Good question but then I think then we have to delete the word from the dictionary and you will not value the good may be that much

You have such great questions! Good would have no meaning without evil because there would be no way to reference it. It would be all we'd know, so we wouldn't recognize it. Does that make sense?

evil is the absence of good as darkness is the absence of light if evil is eradicated, then good will be all there is. we only recognice good because there are evils in this world. without evil, can we recognice good?
