Do you get sleepy while on your work?

Are you the type of person who usually gets sleepy while on your work? If yes, what ways do you do to fight sleepiness. Does it work? Is it effective?

yes, especially after eating. I don't know why but my eyelids always tend to go down at those times.

i'm at school and the sleep comes very quick if we have sometthing boring like: history, french.... i do nothing.. i put my head on banch until the hour is over

I do get Sleepy especially, after Lunch During Summer. I shed a artificial Tears to keep away the sleep. To get Artificial Tears we have continuosly stare at any object. It works for me. Check it out, if it works for you tooo.
