What do you think is the best salad mix that you have mixed?

Hmmm...I like just lettuce, tomato, shredded cheese, ham, cucumbers, and sometime croutons. Where the heck do croutons come from anyways???? But I always top my salads with Ranch dressing. That is the only dressing I use. I don't like anything else! Am I alone on this?
