how to tell that i love her??????

i love a girl in my college but she love one of my friend, so what should i do now ??? shall i tell her what i feel for her or should i keep quite ???im afraid that if i tell her about my feelings then she will stop talking to me and avoid me plz help me i can't take it anymore!!!!!

Give her a note, stating how you feel towards her then with matching roses and chocolates and it's much romantic for us girls if guys do say those magic words...I Love You....personally and face to face.

but she LOVES my friend now if i tell her my feelings wouldn't she take it in wrong sense??? i really need a genuine advice because now it's taking a toll on my behaviour
