How do you introduce yourself when you are interviewing?

I am just finding jobs and some companys alaways asks me to introduce myself in english. I am frome china. My reading and writing are not bad, but speaking. I am nervous when i was speaking in english to people. Could you help me? Tell me about what your experiences of interviewing. thanks.
