Do you think that working woman is a bad mother?

People often say this.Cant a fulltime working women be a good mother?My sister works abroad and his son stays with his father.A maid looks after the child.should my sister leave her job and return back?which should she give priority to?

As long as both husband and wife take care of biological, physiological and psychological, educational, vocational needs of the children, they are not bad.
