Am I murderer?

I gave a birth to my son in 6.5months of pregnancy only and he was into very critical condition that time. He was very sensitive that time..I found myself again pregnent after 6 months of my baby... Since my baby was very sensitive and he needed my full time.. therefore I couln't have that baby so early..and my body also wasn't allowing as what doctor says. I had to abort that child and I did.. Now when I was telling about all these to my best friend she said I am murderer I killed one life.. it hurt me lot... but my situation wasn't allowing me that.. I had big discussion with doctor also that time... Am I murderer. What do you think friends? Do you think that abortion is murder?
