Does the 'Sauna Belt' actually work on reducing the tummy???
If so why doesn't the whole world buy them?

No, it doesn't help you lose weight. Because it is a sauna belt, it is causing you to sweat, therefore losing water through your sweating. You will see a loss of inches because of the water-loss, but it is only temporary and as soon as you start drinking again it'll come right back.
YOu'll never lose FAT with this useless thing, only water! Don't waste your money on a cheap gimmick. Eat a balanced diet and visit the gym to do moderate cardio workouts at least 4 times a week and you will lose the fat.

i dont think it works to reduce your tummy! my bestfriend bought one and she's been using it for 3 months and nothing happened! so she just uses it now when she has cramps! i told her to do exercise but she said she has asthma!
