I posted a question about back fat. I know it is ugly and embarassing, but I do not believe there are not more than 2 people on this entire site that do not or did not have this problem. And it is a problem. Doesn't anybody else have any suggestions or comments? Post it here or on the first discussion. And to clear up something I said, don't say exercise. I meant just don't say the word as an answer. I am ( and I am sure others who have or just wont admit they have) this problem would appreciate some help.
