Spinal Stenosis, does anyone here have or know someone who has it?

I am 31 and have just recently been diagnosed with spinal stenosis. I was wondering if anyone here has it or know someone who does? It is narrowing of the spinal cord and during my research haven't come across anyone having it under the age of 50. I am really concerned with being able to work, I still have 29 years! Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)

Yes, my sister has it. She is 49 this year. She is in constant pain and on pain medication. Sorry to hear that your will be battling with this for a long time. The up side is that you can be on disability for this disease. My sis works for the postal service and has a standing medical excuse for missing work. Good luck!
