Why are there so few actual questions?

I have been reading, trying to find questions to answer & mostly, they are stories about something, jokes, & just plain old fashioned rants! How about some actual questions folks?? can we do that please? Gad, I think I just ranted!

I know good questions are hard to find. I have all my friends with notify on so that I can see the discussions that they start and then I will respond to those if they are valid before searching to respond to discussions.

I too feel the same......questions are less stories are more.....
