Why soccer is not popular in USA?

In Asia, everybody talk about soccer.It is the same as what people in Europe and in Africa as well as in Latin America. But in USA it seems people dont like soccer. Why soccer is not popular there?

because there is not a tradition for soccer is only new in usa too strong is power of basket baseball hockey american football

It's not that exciting here since we already have great sports like basketball, baseball and of course the grand daddy of them all..FOOTBALL. Soccer is just too boring for the american fans.

maybe because they have so many sports like baseball,basketball, or american football. but i think it is already became one of the favorite sports there.they have good players around the best leagues and their national teams quite impressive in last world cup.

Because in the USA that most famous was Basketball, American Football, and Nascar Racing. Despite many big and grand stadiums in the USA but a little that watched soccer! The career as the NBA player or the Nascar racing driver in the USA more promising was compared to the football player! I think..?

I dont know because soccer is not popular in USA but in Brazil soccer is the most popular sport. Unfortunatelly, in USA is not popular...
