help me to get rid of my Gigantic Pimple!!!!

I have a huge pimple that is right in the middle of my face, on my nose in between my eyes. It's bright red and is really hurting. Is there anything I can put on it to make the redness go down and to get rid of the pimple faster?

i have big pimple problem too..but usually i do nothing..it goes of by itself and moreover it don't hurt. if you try to burt it then you'd get a mark on your face. i tried putting the garnier pimple remover but it just burt and left behind a mark.! _

Wash your face with warm water and mild soap but be careful not to pop it coz it will leave a scar. Just do that everyday and keep your mind away from it and eventually it will just go away. I don't trust astringents and other stuff and water and soap usually does the trick for me. Good luck!
