Yeah go to this website and download PREVX1 software free for 30 days....its free to clean up and detection,i have personally used this when i was infected

I use nod32 antivirus now. I also recommend AVG antivirus, the free version. I used this(before nod32)after my nortons antivirus's live update expired. visit the link i am posting, it will direct you to the avg site.

I forgot to mention that there are virus removal tools available such as McAfee AVERT Stinger, which is a stand-alone utility that can detect and remove a limited amount of viruses, trojans, etc. here is the link below.
