Statue of Britney in labor!

Seen the statue of Britney Spears in labor yet?
I don't quite understand why she's in that position giving labor but tis wat I read.

This is actually a very comfortable position during real labor. Do you see how the "belly" is fallen forward while in this position? This position is helpful to moms who have back labor, because the uterus and fetus are moved forward, away from the mother's spine. This position is also helpful before labor, to help a baby move into a head down position when baby is not head down. So, it is a physiologic position, that many women in labor naturally assume, when and if they are not constricted by others or medical devises.
