potato recipes book - potato is vesatile and easy to grow. So many ways to enjoy them. Even the flowers are attractive though not edible I think
Would have to say potato since you can do so many things with it. Bake, fry, roast, casserole, raw! Certainly would be a good thing to pick if you could only grow one thing. The vesatility would be an asset.
