Is it true that eating food warmed with microwave is not good for health?

cmon ppl enough with the microwave its like a magnet to the myths
microwaves r harmful if u get direct exposure to them a lot but they dont get absorbed or something in ur food , they just vibrate the water molecules in ur food thus heating it up
n thats it.......
