How to cheer up a person who have low Confidence Level?????

its a major problem in many of us that we can't face the crowd to present our views.Yes,they have no confidence in them,means they don't believe on themselves.
The solution of this problem is that they should start believe in their capabilities and face the world without hassitation.

Well this is a very tuff topic and very hard to answer.You may build someone's confidence but it is not always intentional

although you can try to boost his/her self confidence - this truly is an inside issue - he/she has to be the one to make the inner changes - pity only leads to bitterness!
