What method do you used, or would you use to stop smoking ??

We all know how , this bad habbit can ruin your health. Lets search methods to get rid of him

I used the " cold turkey" method. I told myself i would stop smoking and i did and i haven't had a cigerette in 5 years. Although from time to time i do dream that i am smoking, lol.

I do not succeed to us but I try to smoke less a lot in order to begin
