Mylot or Cashfiesta????

I just started using Cashfiesta, and I searched around for Cashfiesta being a scam. Seems like it has been receiving negative responses, and some of the stuff some sites say have been made true in these last few hours. If Cashfiesta is really a scam, and does stuff that they are not supposed to do (illegitimately cancelling accounts) then I might as well sue them..or something like that.
