Well, being urs younger sister, i'll simply say to u that u should give ur full attention to ur studies and if u get a good job then she and plenty of girls like her will like to get marry with u brother!!!!! Well, u should meet her alone in the kitchen and should say "maou" in her ears. If u'll smile then u should understand thet urs work has done and if she'll get angry then u'll have to say that "baaje dar gae" means that elder sister has afraid. Lolz.

Is she shy? If so, don't pressure her. Start out by smiling at her when you get a chance. Then gradually start saying hi once in awhile. And hopefully you will start getting responses as she gets more comfortable having you around. You may have to be content to be her friend for awhile, but if you like her enough and are willing to go slow and work hard, it can happen.

give her a time to know you because not all the time that she never talk to a guy. and also don't rushed her maybe she has a trauma to the boys thant's why. just wait and show to her that you didnt mind her too, and if the time come's..... it's your chance to tell her that you like her so much. hmmm well being a desi i can understand...well get her number n talk if u cant den tho some common friend tell be in contact if she feels same for u as a friend or as a lover....if every thing works out get hocked with her:) i mean desi girls always like guys who approch via good decent way and the rite way is the Parents way.....i was like her :)
