how to accept a new family member if you dont like the person?

If a person doesnot like their family member so they should accept them caz now nothing could be done for it.

but what if the new member of the family is dislike by others.. grandparents, aunts, uncles?

It depends on how you are using the word "accept". If you don't like the person you can always keep conversations with them to a minimum unless you dislike them so much that you cannot stand to be in the same room. You might ask yourself what it is about this person that bothers you so much. It might be something that is truly unimportant. At least not important enough to ruin your relationships with those who DO get along with him or her.
