I still try understand somethink here.I read many interest discussios but the respons they get very little.I can understand that something I find interesting maybe isn't for someone else but still when I saw stupid questions like this or that,black or white.cat or dog.....with alot of respons!We don't must help the persons that realy try to find something more clever than all this?And how we help them, posting for them no respons?What is your oppinion about all this?

I don't know, I have a more difficult time coming up with discussion topics than I do responding to other people's topics. Gradually the people who are here trying to rack up cash will dissappear. I believe, that these are the people who are posting such pointless discussions.

aidonia... first off don't worry about your English (or grammar thereof)... It comes with practice and with patience.
I see your point. Trouble is, many people are just scamming for money, so they'll post anything, and any kind of response.
And, I hate to be so judgmental of society, but so many people are so trivial they really can't think of anything that's really worthwhile to discuss. I've met too many people in my life who've never opened a book past grade school, and who still think they know a lot. So don't worry about it. You want intelligent conversations? So do I. And there's lots of people like us on this site. We just haven't connected with one another, and it's the truth of the world. The intelligent are quiet, recognizing that trivial, and banal is the way of society. (It's always the thinkers who are crucified or handed the poisoned drink.)
So keep on writing. And keep on reading. We're here. We're everywhere.

I've noticed this too. When I posted a totaly gereral discussion like "What do you like..." I had responses, but when I've started a discussion on more sireous topic no one answered it.

I think as a newbie, get yourself acquainted in how people response to a topic. Study the people here in which ones they like and which ones they don't. I know a lot of interesting topics that get 0 reponses and we need to study why is that? And there are topics that are not that interesting but get a lot of responses. We also need to study that as well.
For one, long long messages tend to make people here not reply because it's too long. Keep in note that most of the people posting here have a goal and that goal is to post as many quality messages as much as possible at a given time frame.
So, in my 3 days experience here, make your topic attractive and make your message 4 or 5 lines the most and not longer than that.

The diffrent person had diffrent views and likes and dislikes so that some discussions are interesting for you are not interesting for others.
