How can people be so cruel???

This happened this year ... in my contry. I really can't imagine how people can be that cruel. Dog's are loving and loyal animals. They deserve much more. They have fealings too. I personaly would kill the persos who is responsable for this. It is autrageos. Too bad that the police didn't catch the guy (guy's). They deserve to be punished.

I just saw a quick glimps and have an idea of what it is. Don't need to see any more than that. IMO any person that can do this to an animal, can and will, if not already do it to a person. They need to be found and put away to protect the rest of us.

Back around 2000 in Toronto a stray cat by hte name of Kensington was used by 3 college students as what one called an "art project".
I won'd go into details becuase this is one of the most brutal cases of animal abuse I have ever read. I am 100% for animal rights and am quite outspoken about animal cruelty but sadly law sees pets/animals as "property" and not creatures that feel, love, hurt, bleed and need nurturing.
These 3 college students got nothing more then 90 days of community services and weekend jail time for the crime they committed (think jeffery dahmer and the crimes he committed as an example of what these guys did to this cat). Last year someone tied a dog to a tree and used it as a target for archery.
Laws need to be changed everywhere concerning cruelty to animals. What's next with these murderers? people?

I just read the history of the kensington cat, and I think I am going to be sick. I am a biology major, and I have performed live dissections, that in another context would be gory. I have taken no pleasure in these and have always committed myself to learning as much as I could from an experiment that involved killing an animal, as well as making every possible effort to carryout the experiment as efficiently, cleanly and repectfully as possible. We used massive ammounts of ketamine, in order to ensure our animal subjects did not suffer. Long story short, I developed a fairly iron stomach regarding gore. But when I hear of somone taking pleasure in the desperate screams of a helpless animal, I just don't understand. I have a cat, I love her very much. I cringe if i step on her tail by accident, I just don't understand. The violence we perpetrate aginst our fellow man, and against all of ouyr fellow creatures.

I am an animal person and a dog lover. I agree with you and it really upsets me to see how people can be so cruel. Th eopnly explanation I can find for these acts is that some people are just plain evil and wicked or they are insane and they have mental and psychological issues. Any person in their right mind would not do this. God is watching though and I pity those people.

well being a pet lover myself it feels really bad ,people don't realise they the dogs are also a part of humanity.they are more trustable than even your near and dear ones,they are our friends and loving guard as well so stop thios cruel act you barbarous people and realise they are better than your bad soul.

The worst thing I ever saw was on the the local news in Savannah a few months ago where a dog was found it had been dragged by a car then sprayed with red paint. I still cannot get that image out of my mind. Thank heavens he was still alive and got medical treatment and survived. If the people/persons involved in that terrible deed get caught I wish the same action could be done to them.

people who kill dogs are stupid.. i love dogs because they can be a good friend with people...
P.S.: I like amstaff dog's and pitbulls.... very nice dogs

I did not obtain to see the image, but I think that any type of badness is with man or with animal it deserves a worthy punishment of nivel of badness that the person committed. I think that if you it pateu 10 times in somebody, would have to apanhar 10 também.Pois times thus would go to feel in the skin what it is to suffer.

I didn't look at the images, because I know without seeing them that ANYBODY who abuses an animal is a disgusting, worthless piece of trash who deserves to be treated AT LEAST as badly as they treated the animal they abused. I am sickened by that kind of behavior. :(
