Cow Milk Increases the size of a Woman's Mammary Gland

There is a new study out that says that when cow milk (full fat) is applied topically it enlargens the size of a certain part of the woman's anatomy. I am in the process of purchasing this article online. Did anyone hear of this lately? This article was published last summer.
