is there to much money in sports now

do you think it's fair that people get paid millions for playing a game of golf or for throwing a ball through a hoop and making us the fans pay high prices for tickets as for the hours they put in to reach where they are stiff, i did a five year apprentiship and still only get paid in one year what they get a match

I think it's silly that they make that much money. Yes I know they have a limited time for a career but so what. They earn more in one year then most will in a lifetime of working. I feel the same way about actors and some of the money they bring in for one movie.
Now I know some will say that athletes could get hurt during the game and that is why they should get more. Please. What about police officers? They take a risk everytime they work. There are many professions where people can get hurt in them but they are not paid anywhere near the amount athletes get. Something is very wrong with the system in my opinion.
