Mobiles should be banned in schools and collages!!

Now a days mobiles are become so popular in schools and collages. If one doesnt have a mobile he will be considered as a low Chap ! So, almost all Students have mobiles. BY the entrance of mobiles, students got too much company .. and some of them are goin in wrong paths... I strictly feel that Mobiles should be banned in schools and collages! Even if that rule exist in some schools and collages, its not that much strict !!

OMG I wood hate to not be able to bring my cellphone to school that would so suck. I need my phone and I would bring it to school anyway and just turn the ringer off so nobody would hear it.

Well my son who is doing engineering had his cell confesticated in college and I was called by the head. I explained to the head that since the college is almost 30 kilometers from my home and that some time ago the police had defused a bomb found in a public bus, I would be more comfortable if my son carried a mobile. The head agreed and now there is a new rule in the college-Students are allowed to bring in mobiles, but they must switch off and deposit mobiles in the college and collect them during the break or when they leave.

yes they should be...but should be allowed in some emergency situations...

in times of emergencies they can always go for the School's Land Phone !!!
