What non virus (adware, spyware...) protection do you use?

Adaware, Spybot Search&Destroy, Spywareblaster, Hijackthis, a router, Windows XP sp2 firewall and some semi-smart downloading have been very good to me overall.
What do you use and how does it seem to work? Do you often put your system at risk? Does it seem to bog down your system at all? How much does it cost?

I use Avast! for my Anti-Virus. For spy/adwares, I use Ewido and HiJackThis. I have the Windows XP sp2 Firewall activated and another firewall in the router activated.
I'm very conscious about my PC security. These softwares has helped me a lot in monitoring my PCs at home. Loved them! :)

i am using kaspersky anti virus + anti hacker they r working fine and for any spywares system mechanic works fine.
