How to take care of your EYES in nice ?

I'm a pc worker,now.
and worked at least 10 hours everyday
so now ,I feel painful and dried with
my eyes ,but I don't kow ,
what's way can as best as take care my eyes , does anyone know it ?
so if you had one or more ,
tell me please,I need very!

A few things that may work, try taking frequent breaks - every half hour to hour, drink more water, use eye drops, and if your eyes are still really dry, you should go to the eye doctor. Using a computer for so many hours puts a lot of strain on the eyes. Some of the dryness you may be getting may be just from eye strain and you amy need glasses.
