The rights of my pregnant 17 year old.

My daughter is 17 and 5 months pregnant. She lives with her father and step-mother. The step-mother has informed my daughter that she has to sign over custody and enlist in the military. My daughter wishes to attend college after graduation and raise her own child. I would like to know what her legal rights are in this matter.

No one can make her sign over custody, she should seek the help of the legal aid office.
