Question about partial nudity and full nudity on tv?

Yesterday i was watching Tv with my younger Nephew and suddenly they started showing adds containing nudity. I wanted to know that Should tv be used for this kind of activities by comapanies. There is also some adult content shown on some dramas. What is your opinion
