I have a shih tzu who just turned one in october he is still having accidents. I am home all day but unless I see him go to the back door he has an accident. I have been trying to teach him to bark to go outside but he won't. He knows what speak means because he does it for treats but not to go outside. Will he learns this eventually or will I have to continue to watch him to see if he is going to the back door?
