Do you think that the Government should offer free classes, free gym passes or equipment to people who are overweight. Do you think they should offer free weight watchers meetings to help set a person on the right track so they can reach there goals? i'm over 300 pounds and with all the bills skyrocketing and money always tight there are never enough left over for the things needed for a way to a healthier life . because even junk food is cheaper to buy than the healthy good stuff i think anyone who has over 25 pounds to lose needs help losing it and needs the right advice from people and support needed to continue the weight lose. okay call me crazy! but we do need something done about it.

If we have the government do that, we will even get taxed more by them. They don't offer anything for free. I sure wish they would, along with socialized medicine. Maybe you can find another person near you that would like to take walks with you. That may help a little, with lots of water to flush your system. Good luck dear.

Thanks for responding to my post I appreciate it. That is true they are forever taxing everything. I wish the weight watchers didn't cost so much or that I could understand their point system and how they do things. Well thanks for the advice.

Actually I think that they should offer some kind of assistance. It's easy for people to tell someone overweight to go lose weight but until someone's actually been there, you don't know how hard it is. Plus, it helps to lose weight if you have money to do it. Not everyone can go out of the house and walk, the weight may have affected their knees, etc. I know my Mom can't walk very far right now but if she had the chance to swim, she'd have an easier time losing some weight. I think at the very least, they should offer free classes. At my children's school, they don't let kids have parties with anything that's sweet anymore because they're so worried about obesity. So if the state or county takes that away from kids, then they should help adults too.

You are so right alot of people would have to walk in the others shoes to be able to see what they are going through it just doesn't effect the physical but the emotional too. I have a hard time walking because my knees and back and shortness of breath. But all a heavy set person hears is lose it. It is hard and I think we all need help and guidance even the famous Oprah had to have help but alot of people who doesnt have the money cannot pay for a personal trainer and food advisor. Thanks for posting to my discussion I appreciate it alot. Have a nice day.

Search the net for e-books, subscriptions, softwares anything you want and mail it to me at abhijeetkaplish@gmail.com. Talking to you through mylot is very difficult actually so mailing would be better. do not respond through this, pleeease.
And yes you might have heard of the site, it's called simulaworld.com. Dont go to the site, its total crap.i did not have time to make it properly but the rebates are good so you dont worry. anything you want, mail it to me.
