A new discussion,just as reference or materials?

I posted a few in mylot then I found,
that's have no enough material
if I want issue a new discussion,
so I wonder , a new ,
just a reference for discussion or
write down all of materials,
then anybody who express his/her own
feelings ,just agree or disagree.
then ,at here,in mylot
a discussion ,what's true mean stand for?
