You might also want do do a search for websets. Many sites offer these and they come with a basic html page for you to go by. All of the sites i see listed here give you cheap looking templates that looks like a kid would use. You can go to zeroweb.org and they have over 1000 free templaters plus there are several links to other sites that have templates
