low calorie recipe

since im on a low calorie diet i would like a favour from you to share any known recipe of low calorie dishes i am a fan of italian dishes. it is easy to prepare and fulfilling. since dieting doesnt mean salad and raw veggie only, im trying to eat properly, a well balanced food pyramid. please share your recipes.

On your diest you can have alot of rice there are so many recipes with rice you can add lean chicken always best steam it so its less fatting.You could add the juice of a lemon.mmm that would be tasty.
