Very easy...........answer. You can't increase your memory power. You can only improve it. Do one thing, Learn and practice hypnosis. I'm sure, you'll change your life.

For the past two years or so I've had trouble remembering names, verbal discussions and such forth. I was actually worried it was an early signs of alzheimers...but I'm only 23! Anyhow, I did some research and I've found that stress can cause you to forget things often. So, if you have some stress in your life, I'd suggest watching some television before sleeping at night (as I've read somewhere it is one of the best stress relievers), finding a hobby you may enjoy, spend some time with your friends at a bowling alley or just throwing some drinks back at a bar-b-que (if you're of age, of course). I've improved my memory a great amount, actually. I had taken a memory test once when I was approximately eight years old. My karate instructor (for whatever reason) wanted to know what kind of memory everyone had. I had a visual memory which means I have to physically see something to remember in great detail. Therefore, I took that information and thought I was try to visualize everything that was being said to me by someone verbally. If they were telling me a story about a camping trip they took over the weekend, I would visualize what I think the camp site would look like and whatever details the person would give me. Also, with remembering names and numbers...I would visualize the name/number and, since then, my memory has yet to fail me in the department. Maybe try some of these tricks.
