Both are good for you, but I would have to lean with vegetables, becuase of the higher nutrient values overall

duh everyone knows fruit is better. Even though I do not eat most fruit and vegetables I can assume fruit is better. The reason would be because vegetables have like no flavor and they taste like you are eating tasteless food like tofu. I don't have anything against tofu. It is I just am using it for my example. Just fruit has such sweet tasting flavors in no matter what fruit you eat. It is just so awesome to have fruit because it is the next best thing to eating candy but without the sugar. If nobody agrees with me on the subject that fruit is better you must not have taste. lol. :-)

My opinion is you cannot compare them. If i tell you to chose between keyboard and a mouse which one will you choose. Both vegetables and fruits are rich in vitamins and minerals which are very much essential for the body

Both are good for you and should be eaten instead of processed foods and candy. But, vegetables have more nutrition per calorie than fruit, I think. That's my opinion, though. Fruits have a lot more calories because of the sugar, but most vegetables are low in calories. I also know that some diet plans let you eat as much non-starchy vegetables that you like because they are low in calories and high in nutrition.

Both are good. I have a sweet tooth, so I would choose fruit, but if I were looking from a health perspective, I ought to eat more vegetables. Vegetables contain less sugar, and generally have more vitamins and minerals.
Whichever you eat, you should go for the darker fruits, dark pinks and purples, because they generally contain the highest anti-oxidants etc.
