Could the Universe have been formed so perfectly without Divine Intervention?

The One fact that I believe holds up an argument of Religion is that how could this world, humans, technology, animals, languages, nature have been formed without some kind of divine intervention? I find it hard to believe that such a complex system such as a human (respiratory system, viens, the mind)could have been created simply by a "fluke".
