Weather in England changes without a signal. It changes very frequently. One can predict weather of England but not the moods of women. Better get adjusted to their moods than imposing ours.

predicting weather is easy in england ,cold or wet lol. But i dont think any one can predict the mood of any woman in the world .You are right adjust to them not men expecting them too behave how we want them too

For some it is an excuse but yes that time of the month really does cause mood swings. It's because there are hormonal changes. Every time a woman has her period, it is her body getting ready for a baby, which obviously hasn't happened(usually) which is the reason for the period, it's the blood which has built up inside the womb and has then been spilt out by the body when it realises there is no reason for it to stay there. So there are all sorts of strange things going on inside the woman's body which affect the hormones. As well as all that, how do you think you'd feel if you had a load of blood gushing out of you? And some women have pains, sometimes very bad ones, which are, of course, going to make women even more grumpy.

yes I am female! I know it was a bit graphic but I think that's the only way to get men to realise just how horrible it is for us!

Different women have different responses to changing hormonal levels. Some don't have mood swings, some do. Unfortunately for my family I am a woman who does. I think it's actually worse to be around me at that time that is is to BE me. I do try to take responsibility for my moods. I have little children and don't want to be moody around them. I track my cycle and make sure I don't plan anything stressful for that time of the month.
