Is Physical Relation Necessary In True Love

I have long time relation with my gf..i have not ever gone for physical with her ...many friends of mine told me that i should go for physical also...else she will quit me...they given me so many examples and i myself see many of these...but my relation is still going smooth..what should i do ....shoulkd i go for physical or not....can anybody give me a good advice
