Do we really have freedom of choice?

The choices you make everyday may not be true freedom of choice after all. The human mind is incapable of taking all the possible factors and elements to a situation, evaluate them equally and come to a conclusion and/or decision. It goes against our minds' basic instincts. So that being said, are we really free? If the human mind can't make informed and effective conclusions or decisions on its own, then what are we doing?
