It all depends on how old he is and how much you want to spend. I would probably get him a gift card and some scratch off lottery tickets. The scratch offs are nice for family members because if they win big, you pretty much know they will share with you.

u should find out what he wants to recive ...because it is useless if u don t give him something that he lukes,,now it depends if like everything and he apreciates all kind of gifts

how old is your brother? in my idea... uhmmm.. you can give him a watch or something useful that he can bring everywhere. bracelet or a necklace with his name on it. take care

You can give present him a picture frame on his birthday.I too got picture frame on my birthday.
