Is cosmetic surgery that important, isn't your natural beauty better?

of course natural beauty is better, but then, people who are not satisfied with their appearance and have a lot of time and money to spare, go in for cosmetic surgery i suppose. and yes, it is quite risky if you get into wrong hands, so a very good reputed cosmetic surgeon only should be sought.
