well, this is actually a given fact.butterfly effect 2 is just a continuation of the first.since people already knew what butterfly effect is all about the excitement is lessen as compared when they saw the film and learn about the story the first time.another is that, part 2 have not much to offer.it only narrates another victim of the disorder and did not show anything different and/or interesting from the first.

i loved it.i watched butterfly effect 1&2 and honestly at first, i had a hard time understanding the film.i have to repeat it and make sure to sit in front the tv to further understand it.the concept of the movie is real good though i'm having a hard time to believe that such thing is posible to happen in real life. for butterfly effect, ashton kutcher really did a great job in portraying his role as the person having the disorder.i believe the film owe it to him which makes the butterfly effect 2 a success

I like the bit at the end where it gives the idea for the reason why some babies are born with the umbilical cord round thier neck, very clever!

I really enjoyed this movie, I may say it changed the way I was thinking; The actors are good and the scenery is better then I thought. However, Butterfly Effect 1 is better than Butterfly Effect 2, at least that's what I think, the actions in the first movie are more powerfull. I hope I'll see the DVD version of both of them.

I too found this movie very interesting and I have seen it now about 4 or 5 times. It was excellently written and I think Ashton Kutcher (main character) does a great job!

Yes, I did! Wow, that was such a long time ago! But yeah, I liked it. The plot was very exciting and unique. It's unlike any other time-travel movies I've seen. Okay, it's not really time travel but it does involve going back to the past. The ending is just so sad though. But the message just hits you like that: sometimes, you have to give up the thing you want the most to be happy. Or at least, to have a good life. That is so difficult to do. And it's so sad because the girl seemed so sweet and harmless when they met. Oh well. And my professor used that movie as a perfect example that traveling back to an exact moment in time isn't possible because there will always be an effect on the future. Little changes, big effects. I guess that's where they got the title!

It is one of my favorite movies, it seemed like everytime he would redo his journal, it became worse than before.
