I am pretty sure most of us make them and only stick to them a few times. I just made a simple one this year that shouldn't be hard to achieve hopefully. Mine is to be the best father I can be for my daughter. I usually pick stuff that I know I won't stick to but this time this one I plan on sticking to. I am just curious who else is going to stick to there new years resolution and what is your new years resolution.

Plz consider some of following to include in Your New Year Resolution
1. Take a 10-30 minute walk every day. And while you walk, smile. It is the ultimate anti-depressant.
2. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day. Buy a lock if you have to.
3. When you wake up in the morning complete the following statement: My purpose is to___________ today.
4. Live with the 3 E's. Energy, Enthusiasm, Empathy.
5. Watch more movies, play more games and read more books than you did in 2006.
6. Make time to practice meditation, yoga, tai chi, qigong and prayer. They provide us with daily fuel for our busy lives.
7. Spend more time with people over the age of 70 and under the age of 6.
8. Dream more while you are awake.
9. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less foods that are manufactured in plants.
10. Drink green tea & plenty of water and eat blueberries, wild Alaskan salmon, broccoli, almonds & walnuts.
11. Try to make at least 3 people smile each day.
12. Clear your clutter from your house, your car, your desk and let new and flowing energy into your life.
13. Don't waste your precious energy on gossip, energy vampires, issues of the past, negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead, invest your energy in the positive present moment.
14. Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn. Problems are simply part of the curriculum that appear and fade away like algebra class but the lessons you learn will last a lifetime.
15. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a college kid with a maxed out charge card.
16. Smile and laugh more. It will keep the energy vampires away.
17. Each night before you go to bed complete the following statements:
I am thankful for __________. Today I accomplished____________.
18. Remember that you are too blessed to be stressed.
19. Enjoy the ride. Remember that this is not Disney World and you certainly don't want a fast pass. You only have one ride through life so make the most of it and enjoy the ride.

I'm not really serious about new year's resolution but if there's one thing I want to do for a change for this year is to wake up early and get to work on time. The past year was a very worst mark on my tardiness rating. So I HOPE I could stick to this "resolution" of mine. Good thing, I got to work today early and not late! I hope I could maintain this. hehe

I have a few new years resolutions planend for this year. I dont think I have ever made a serious one that I was committed to in previous years,
- work out my finances
- find a part time (night) job
- lose (the rest of my baby) weight
- get fit
- get married (keeps getting postponed)
- be more tolerant
- be more forgiving
- be less sensitive
- be less revealing
- be less fiesty
Wish me luck, I have some MAJOR thinsg going on here. BUT I WILL stick to each and every one. My stubborness is a virtue, not a fault, at least thats what I'm telling myself...lol

Resolution is a way ny which we try to leave our bad habbits. Every year we make some resolution but wedo not follow that but i m not a person of that type i always follows my resolution which i made specialy new year resolution.A person should not tell about their resolution to other because by this we just try to show our feelings but never follow that.i will also take a resolution this year.
