get a shower, have breakfast , etc sometimes i have a slow start and stay in bed for 30 minutes or more before getting up.

Put something warm on, plod to the coffee pot, thank goodness I have one with a timer so the coffee is ready when I get up. Then plod into the office to try to get my eyes to focus so I can read emails, check my blogs, check my writings on associated content,then venture to mylot
